tender for repair h.l bridge over arikul nallah on mahalibasa to agnikumari road for the year 2025-26.- 1 clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area including all labour, t&p articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 2 cutting of earth work in hard soil 3 earth work in ordinary soil within 50 m initial mechanical lead & 1.5 m initial mechanical lift including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth & as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge. 4 providing ,laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam (grading -iii using moorum) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of mosrt&h specification for road and bridge works (4th revision) 5 providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of mosrt&h specification for road and bridge works (4th revision). 6 providing and applying tack coat using bitumen @0.2 / 0.30/.40 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface/granular base treated with primer/ granular base (not primed) cleaned surface including cost of all materials, labour , t&p etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 7 providing and laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping & 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with prr including hire and running charges of prr, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and other t&p articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen complete as per specification & direction of the engineer-in-charge 8 providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated seal coat type - b using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8 kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of prr, hot mix plant, tar boiler & all other t&p articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen. 9 providing the road surface in the both sides of berm manually with approved quality of moorum including all labour charges for spreading, laying, levelling for the work including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, finished item of works as per the specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. please enable macros to view boq information
