tender for special repair to rd road to sankuldiha for the year 2025-26.= 1 clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area including all labour, t&p articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 2 labour for scraping cleaning the road suface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12 cum of 12 mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with prr including hire and running charges of prr and all other machineries but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen ,metal and chips complete as per specification and direction of engineer in charge. 3 providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface/granular base bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of mosrt&h specifications for road & bridge works (4th revision) including cost of all materials, labour , t&p etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. 4 providing and laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping & 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with prr including hire and running charges of prr, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and other t&p articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen complete as per specification & direction of the engineer-in-charge 5 providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated seal coat type - b using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8 kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of prr, hot mix plant, tar boiler & all other t&p articles but excluding cost & conveyance of chips & bitumen. 6 providing the road surface in the both sides of berm manually with approved quality of moorum including all labour charges for spreading, laying, levelling for the work including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, finished item of works as per the specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. please enable macros to view boq information
