tender for repair to roof treatment and related works to certain bldgs under age b/r-iii of ge (south) meerut cantt; 1 dismantling /taking down and removing existing roof treatment over roof slab including taking down existing pcc padding or plaster and hacking the top of rcc slab complete and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor / roofby picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust,etc and disposal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed 2 dismantling of existing tanks rcc, pvc, etc, any capacity/type, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of roofs and hoisting, reconnecting and refixing in desired positions as per site requirements, complete all as specified and directed. 3 taking down steel tubing and connections incl cleaning for refixing or removal from site for 20mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 4 refixing only 20 mm bore tubes, any grade, to walls and ceilings or laying in floors 5 supply and fixing 20mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of any length complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 6 m&l for 40mm thick average thickness of pcc 1:2:4 type b-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in padding or roof, finished even and fair without using extra cement.complete all as specified and directed. 7 m&l for20mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 on roof surfaces with liquid water proofing compound, as per manufacturers instructions,complete all as specified and dirtected. 8 supply only liquid water proofing compound 9 m&l for cleaning of concrete or plastered surfaces of roofand providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane, complete all as specified and described as under :-(a)preparation of surface and applyingone tack coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over apriming coat of bituminous primer@ 0.30 kg / sqm.(b) supply & providing app modified polymeric water proofing membrane 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 kg / sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160 gms/sqm) centre core including coating the surface with the compatible primer and torch application of membrane with minimum 75mm overlaps in sides and 100mm overlaps in endas required thereof, complete all as specified and directed. (c) applying one more coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over which one coat of aluminium bituminous paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm and finnally finished top surface of app with and including machine made pcc tiles of size (200x200)mm 20-22mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cm (1:4). the joint of the tiles shall be grouted and pointed in cm (1:3) mixed with wpc complete all as specified.note:- the work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer. 11 demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified. 12 m&l for brick work with sub class b bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 completeall as specified and diretced. 13 m&l for brick work (except bricks), old size, straight or curved on plan exc6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 completeall as specified and diretced. 14 m&l for brick work (except bricks), old size, straight or curved on plan exc6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 completeall as specified and diretced. 15 s&f in repair 110mm borepvc (swr) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with and including suitable clamps complete all as specified and directed. 16 s&f in repair 110mm bore pvc (swr) bends any radius complete all as specified and directed. 17 m&l for cutting and completely removing of bushes, small trees, vegetation (peepal, small plants etc) growth alongwith its roots on building wall/roof/chhajja/parapet wall/water tank staging area etc or like of any dia and girth at any height by necessary demolition of brick, concrete, plaster portion if required and filling holes with and including wpc and pcc 1:2:4 and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface with cement mortar 1:4as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed. 18 m&l for pcc 1:2:4, type b0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggragate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in item 04028 (ssr p-ii), water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed. 19 s&f in repairs, 20mm dia gun -metal,globe or gate valves,with iron wheel head ,screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
