tender for special repair to roof treatment at certain building of md accn of hamid and piru singh enclave at pms.; 1 m&l40 mm thick pcc 1:2:4 type b-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding, finished fair and even without using extra cement from roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 2 m&l for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces on roof surfaces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, using water proofing compound admixture (if directed) as per manufacturers instruction,complete all as specified and directed.note :- wpc will measuered and paid separatly under relevant item of schedule. 3 m & l for providing water proofing treatment with a layer of app based polymeric membrane, 3 mm thick (minimum), weighing not less than 3.60 kg/sqm reinforced with polymer non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm/ sqm) shall be applied over one coat of cold bituminious primer @ 0.40 ltr/ sqm ( membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc, complete all as specified and directed .( note: the overlaps shall be of minimum 75 mm on longitudinal direction and 100 mm on transversedirection) complete all as specified and directed. 4 m&l for one coat aluminium paint over app membrane, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified. 5 supply only water proofing compound. 6 demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and directed.
