wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 2 m & l for preparing plastered or unplastered old decorated ceiling surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 3 m & l for preparing plastered or unplastered old wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including crack filling and applying one coat of distempering with oil bound distemper white or tinted complete all as specified and as directed. 4 m & l for preparing plastered or unplastered old ceiling surfaces and applying one coat of distempering with oil bound distemper white or tinted complete all as specified and as directed. 5 m & l for preparing plastered or unplastered old wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including crack filling and applying one coat of cement based paint white or tinted upto triple storey building with scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. 6 m & l for preparing of plastered or unplastered old wall surfaces and applying one coat of exterior weather proof paint white or tinted upto triple storey building including scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. 7 complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, soffits of chajja, cornices etc and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint over a coat of primer white or tinted upto triple storey building including scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. 8 m & l for preparing of plastered or unplastered old surfaces of roof tiles and foot path tiles and applying one coat of exterior weather proof tile guard paint any colour upto triple storey building including scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. 9 m & l for preparing of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. 10 m & l for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. 11 cleaning of structural glazing (toughned glass) till achieve clear original surface without any scratches and stains using suitable chemicals including necessary scaffolding up to height of 15metre complete all as specified and as directed. 12 complete removal of exisiting treatment on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with 3mm thick wall putty to achieve smooth finish complete all as specified and as directed. 13 m & l for providing of plaster of paris, ornamenal mouldings (cornices), carving surfaces, circular or curved shape, at junction of wall and ceiling/at arches as per existing matching at site, in proper alignment, not exc 15cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed. 14 complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint on exterior wall surfaces over a coat of primer including crack filling upto triple storey buildings with scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. 15 m & l for rough and smooth grinding polishing to existing marble/grainte wall/gate, pillar including filling with white cement with pigment before grinding, polishing and finally with beewax polishing etc including necessarry scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. 16 taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 17 m & l rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement on internal surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed. 18 m & l for 15mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm thick and 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement, mixed with liquid water proofing admixture including scaffolding arrangement complete (as per manufactures instructions) all as specified and as directed.note:- liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately. 19 m & l for rendering 5mm thick in cm 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces over setting coat 5mm thick in cm 1:2 as in ceiling surfaces and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 20 supply only liquid waterproofing admixture. 21 m & l for preparing of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 22 m & l for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with 3mm thick wall putty on internal surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed. 23 m & l for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint over a coat primer white or tinted upto triple storey building including scaffolding arrangement on external surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed. 24 m & l for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of priming paint upto triple storey building including scaffolding arrangement on external surfaces of walls complete all as
