tender for welcome maintenance (b/r & e/m items) to offr accn of 58 gtc, arc, 11weu, mdc, dad, mes at happy valley under ge shillong.--- 1 m&l for preparation of old distempered and painted surfaces including washing, stopping by brooming down , scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, removing nails from wall surfaces etc and applying one coat distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed. 2 m&l preparation of old distempered and painted surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down , scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces to achieve smooth surface without visiable of brush/hair mark complete all as specified and directed . 3 m&l for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on ceiling complete all as specified and directed. 4 m&l for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices, plasters etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 5 complete removal existing treatment and applying 2mm thick of birla white putty after prepration of old plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed. 6 m&l for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered or unplastered) and cornices, by brooming down , scrapping down smoke soot, moss and efflorescent salts if required and applying one coat of cement base paint on surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.
