bids are invited for dg check and repair - arranging dg set service engineer at site for attending minor engine/ alternator complaints upto 40 kva capacity of various makes and models (attending oil leakages,loose connections, replacement of fuse in avr etc) incuding general cleaning of dg set , clearing air lock , rectifying minor wirings like jointing burntout cable connections, repalcing lugs/ terminations etc. complete as required. (visit charges i/c carrying of startup battery & diesel to check the engine at site and attending of the minor faults, identifying the faults i/c repair of minor leakages (with out any material) , cleaning premises - clearing of dg set premises from weed & vegetation by cutting of existing trees branches / plants / creapers etc to facilitate the entry to dg set location for operation/ mtce of dg set etc as reqd. , fip repair - providing over hauling of the fuel injecting pump set i/c cleaning with petrol removing of faulty items and put it in working condition at site for dg sets upto 40 kva at site refixing the same etc complete as reqd. , fip calibration - providing repairs and calibration to the fuel injecting pump of the dg sets upto 40 kva by taking it to the authorised work shop ( bosch etc), pressure testing the same, refixing etc complete as reqd. , radiator repair - general servicing of radiator assembly by removing radiator assembly from engine, transporting to workshop, testing with water and refixing the radiator to the engine, testing on dg load etc as reqd. , supply and fix battery cables - suppying and fixing of 25 sqmm copper cable for battery terminal for lead acid battery to self starter etc as reqd , battery terminals - suppying and fixing of battery terminal made of brass for lead acid battery etc as reqd , door hinges - s/f of suitable size ms door hinges i/c fixing to canopy door etc as reqd , door locks - providing locking system with of aldrop locking arrangement for dg set doors etc as reqd , benzo bolts - s/f
