(note:- cost of major spares will be paid separately, if dg set found faulty/seized, the below spares and b check may not be carried out.) , replacing/ providing afresh mandatory minimum spares as mentioned below for upto 40 kva e/a sets to make it functional in manual mode alone, including dismantling the faulty taking to workshop if necessary, fixing after servicing, etc., as required. , fault rectification in control wiring in control panel with 4sqmm multistrand copper cable. , carrying out b check service of 15/20/25 kva capacity dg engines including replacement of consumables such as lub oil filter, diesel filter and lub oil 20w40 grade of reqd qty etc as reqd. , replacement of the faulty 12 v 10a smps battery charger suitable for operating on 230v 50hz single phase ac supply testing commissioning etc as reqd. , providing & fixing automatic voltage regulator (avr) in the existing 15 /20 30 kva alternator i/c dismantling the faulty fixing the new one, testing and commsiioning etc., as reqd. , cleaning of diesel tank including draining the fuel residuals, decoupling the inlet and outlet valves, washing with cotton waste, drying, reconnecting the inlet and outlet valves, etc. as required. , carrying out b check service of above 30 and up to 40kva capacity dg engines including replacement of consumables such as lub oil filter, diesel filter and lub oil 20w40 grade of reqd qty etc as reqd. , servicing of radiator including dismantling the radiator from the existing position, by dismantling the with inlet and outlet water pipe line, taking to workshop, brazing the rusted pipes, core cleaning with chemicals, washing, taking to site after servicing, fixing testing, commissioning etc, as required. , supplying and replacing of radiator water pump assembly suitable for 15/20 kva ea set including dismantling the faulty pump with inlet and outlet hoses, fixing the new one with inlet and outlet hoses, testing, commissioning etc., as required. , supplying and replacing air filter i/c dismantling the faulty one, fixing the new one, testing commissioning etc., as required. , s/f of following capacity dg starter battery i/c testing commisioning transportation and initial charging etc complete as reqd. , repairs to dg set starter motor i/c replacing faulty components etc i/c dismantling and taking it to workshop and refixing after repairs , testing etc as required. , carrying out b check service of 50 kva to 63kva capacity dg engines including replacement of consumables such as lub oil filter, diesel filter and lub oil 20w40 grade of reqd qty etc as reqd.
