tender for periodical cleaning of water tanks, ugr, oht, pvc tanks and septic tanks in wharf area inside green gate for two years (2025-2027) in vocpa.; 1 cleaning the under ground reservoir (ugr) at voc wharf pump house (capacity of one lakh gallon) by using 5 hp diesel motor pump and 5nos. of male mazdoor. the rate including hire charges for 5 hp diesel motor pump, operator, diesel, oil, cleaning materials such as brooms,brushes, bleaching powder and cleaning labour etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (under ground reservoir to be cleaned 3 times in a year @ 4 months interval or whenever required). 2 cleaning the over head tank (oht) at voc wharf pump house (capacity of 75,000 gallon) by engaging 5 nos. of male mazdoor. the rate including labour, cleaning materials such as brooms, brushes, bleaching powder etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (over head tank to be cleaned 3 times in a year @ 4 months interval or whenever required). 3 cleaning the masonry water tanks (capacity 1,000 litres to 10,000 litres) by engaging cleaning labour, inlcuding cost of labour, cleaning materials such as brooms, brushes, bleaching powder etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. 4 cleaning the pvc water tanks (capacity of 500 litres - 2,000 litres ) by engaging cleaning labour, inlcuding cost of labour, cleaning materials such as brooms, brushes, bleaching powder etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. 5 cleaning the sludge from the septic tank / sewage pump house well / soak pit / cesspool etc., and collecting the sludge in the lorry fitted with motor pump at various locations in port area (inside & outside green gate / red gate) and dumping the same in the sewage treatment plant at port area including cost of hire charges for tanker lorry fitted with motor pump, labours, fuel, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
