cleaning the office building , toilets , septic tank , water tank , roads , jetties surrounding area , pipe line maintenance and collection of garbage in and around red gate and yellow gate for a period of 12 months in voc port trust , cleaning the operational office buildings attached bath rooms , toilets and its surroundings , in the departmental buildings in north breakwater area such as red gate , north fire station , coal jetty -i & ii , oil jetty , pier head , yellow gate , nbw sub-division office , cleaning the road from green gate to red gate , red gate to pier head and inside yellow gate , cleaning all type of garbages and dumping into the dust bins by engaging 7 nos . of unskilled mazdoor in all working days excluding sundays and government holidays etc . , complete and as directed by the departmental officers . the payment will be made once in a month for the work done to the entire satisfaction of the departmental officers . ( recovery will made as per special condition of the schedule , if any of the unskilled mazdoor found absent ) , providing 1 no . plumber iind class ( skilled category ) for attending pipe line works and repair works in all buildings in port premises in all working days excluding sundays & govt . holidays . all required pipes and specials will be supplied by department etc . , complete and as directed by the departmental officers . ( recovery will made as per special condition of the schedule , if the plumber is found absent ) . , loading the segregated bio-degradable and bio non-degradable garbage into tractors as per requirement in north breakwater area such as red gate , north fire station , coal jetty - i & ii , oil jetty , pier head , yellow gate , nbw sub-division office , cleaning the road from green gate to red gate , red gate to pier head and inside yellow gate and conveying the same to nbw sub division for log book entry and conveying to garbage disposal site . on environmental point of view , every tractor load should be coveredand tied with tarpaulin to avoid spillage on road . the cost inclusive of t & p , labour , hire charge for tractor , fuel charges and all other miscellaneous expenditure etc . , to execute the work and complete the work to the entire satisfaction of the departmental officers . ( recovery will be made based on the special condition of the schedule , if the tractor is not deployed to execute the work ) . , supplying of cleaning materials for every month first week without fail including cost of material , transportation and handling charges , minor tools , etc . , complete and as directed by the departmental officers . the following materials shall be suppliedby the contractor for every month such as ( a ) sanifreshner or harpic 500ml - 26 nos . ( b ) air freshner 500ml - 5 nos . ( c ) floor cleaner 500ml - 15 nos . ( d ) napthelin - 1 kg . ( e ) phenyl 1000ml - 6 nos . , cleaning the masonry water tanks ( capacity 1 , 000 litres to 10 , 000 litres ) by engaging cleaning labour , inlcuding cost of labour , cleaning materials such as brooms , brushes , bleaching powder etc . , complete and as directed by the departmental officers . , cleaning the pvc water tanks ( capacity of 500 litres - 2 , 000 litres ) by engaging cleaning labour , inlcuding cost of labour , cleaning materials such as brooms , brushes , bleaching powder etc . , complete and as directed by the departmental officers . , cleaning the sludge from the septic tank / sewage pump house well / soak pit / cesspool etc . , and collecting the sludge in the lorry fitted with motor pump at various locations in port area ( inside & outside green gate / red gate ) and dumping the same in the sewage treatment plant at port area including cost of hire charges for tanker lorry fitted with motor pump , labours , fuel , etc . , complete and as directed by the departmental officers .
