tender for renovation/ repairing on canal service road of nagwa dy from km 10.900 to km 12.800 - providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (45-63 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. wbm grading-2 as per mord specification clause 405 2 providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4-53mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. wbm grading-3 as per mord specification clause 405 3 providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (slow setting-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm using mechanical means.as per mord specification 502 4 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared non bituminous surface cleaned with hydrolic broom as per mord specification 503. 5 providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates either using viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tones/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades bypaver finisher as per tehnical specification clause 510 6 providing and laying of premix sand seal coat type b with hmp of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade.as per tehnical specification clause 511 7 brick edging on both side of road with first class brick 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud morter including all material, labour t&p etc complete ref. to specification no 765
