tender for renewal work of madfa kala uttari purwa basti road - wbm grading - iii providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading iii as per mord technical specification clause 405 2 prime coat providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. as per mord technical specification clause no. 502 (including cost of emulsion) 3 tack coat providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (vg-10) using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular base surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per mord technical specification clause no. 503 (including cost of bitumen) 4 20mm thick open-graded premix carpet using bituminous providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen vg-10 required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. as per mord technical specification clause no. 508 (including cost of bitumen) 5 seal coat - type c (mechanical method) providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type c seal coat. as per mord technical specification clause no. 510 with bitumen binder vg-10 (including cost of bitumen)
