tender for conservancy services at esi hospital serampore-1. dusting, cleaning, sweeping and dry/wet mopping of all floors, passages, staircases, halls, rooms, lifts, reception area and external area daily. 2. sweeping and mopping of all office areas including cabins and attached toilets on all floors daily. 3. emptying of all dustbins and collection of garbage of all the wards &floors and also cleaning of dustbins daily. 4. cleaning of all gents & ladies toilets, urinals, wash basins wall tiles, pots, window glasses of toilets, taps/ fixtures, buckets, mugs, etc; every day.to also undertake regular inspection of the toilets and ensure necessary cleaning and mopping of the same. also in case of any problems relating to plumbing, breakage, etc., bringing it to the notice of the designated official. 5. daily sweeping of parking area/premises before 10 a.m and collection of and proper disposal of garbage/dry leaves etc, weekly washing of parking area. daily cleaning & moping of kitchen & canteen area. 6. weekly cleaning and dusting of tables, chairs, partitions, window glasses, sofas, wooden racks, steel cabinets, etc on all the concerned floors and the cabins. 7. weekly cleaning & sweeping of all wards and hospital & dc building. 8. removing cobwebs weekly and dusting of fans, tube lights and fittings. cleaning of outdoors area, washing of staircase etc. 9. filling of low land by any material s which will provide by the hospital authority. 10. any other work related to above and as instructed from time to time. the house keeping staff will also be required to do any other jobs as may be directed by the authority.
