outsourcing of housekeeping and facility management services of ctd , bsnl in the jurisdiction of de chinsurah , serampore and uttarpara clusters under ba west . , sweeping & wet mopping using surface cleaner on all the floors including stairs , lift lobby , common area , workstation area , canteen and cabin enclosures in the building , all the occupied floors and basement in building ( once daily by 9:30 am ] , dusting & wiping of all open work stations along with computers and their accessories like printers , monitors , keyboards , fax machines and photocopiers etc . , telephone instrument , pedestal fans , cabins including desks , chairs , tables , side-units , sofas & other furniture on the floors . ( once daily by 9:30 am ) , sweeping of stairs drive way and parking area around the office premises ( once daily by 9:30 am ) , glass cleaning in common areas , passages and corridors and of cabins from inside & outside . ( once daily by 9:30 am ) , cleaning of window glasses from inside as well as outside all around the building on bsnl occupied floor . ( once daily by 9:30 am ) , sweeping and wet mopping of entrance lobby , common area , lift lobby as applicable . ( once daily by 9:30 am ) , sweeping of stairs , drive way and parking area around the office premises . ( once daily by 9:30 am ) , removal of stagnant water from terrace and external drainage cleaning . ( once daily by 9:30 am ) , cleaning of mirror , lights , doors , dustbins , buckets , mugs in the toilet etc . removing of cobwebs from ceiling , scrubbing of all walls and floor in the toilet thoroughly in the morining and thereafter every hour a check should be maintained to keep the toilet clean and dry . soap containers fitted in the toilets should be filled every day with homacol / any branded liquid soap like dettol , lifebuoy etc . ( twice daily before 9:30 am & 2:30 pm ) , cleaning of toilets fixtures such as urinal , washbasins , w . c . putting urinal napthaleen balls , urinal screen mat etc . ( once daily before 9:30 am ) , cleaning / sweeping & wet mopping lift car ( floor & wall ) , lift lobbies , etc . ( twice daily before 9 . 30 am & 2 . 30pm ) , providing services to carry out work which is incidental to sweeping & cleaning such as cleaning & maintenance of pantry , making / serving tea / snacks / water etc . , cleaning of all utensils and shifting / movements of files / documents , equipment etc . within and outside the office premises as per the requirement . ( cost of transporation and conveyance if any to be borne by the service provider- during exigencies the service may be provided after office hours also ) . for gold servie . ( daily or as and when required ) this will also include the operation of water pump & facilitating to organize marketing camp ( daily or as and when required ) . , cleaning of sign boards , signage , name plates etc . ( once in a week ) , cleaning , sweeping of roof of canopy , terraces , shaft areas , basement , pump house , substation , etc . ( once in a week ) , scrubbing and washing of stairs & removing pan stains if any from the corners , removing of cobwebs from the walls / ceiling etc . daily check is to be maintained . ( once in a week ) , cleaning of all carpets laid in executive cabins , passage , work station , conference hall , cleaning of sofas and executive chairs in cabin ( once in a week ) , cleaning of office campus including cutting of bush cleaning of weeds in office premises and garden area .
