tender for nctps ii m i circle bm division unit i operation up keeping break down maintenance; 1 operation of lift /day:this work involves operation of unit 1 boiler lift (rhs) from0 mtr to 88 mtr elevation at 24 hrs basis and rescue the passengers if any breakdown or power supply failure. 2 up keeping of boiler lift & head room : this work involves cleaning thecar inside, sill and machine room, motor, rope brakes, etc., as directed by the field engineer. 3 cleaning of car shaftcomponents: this work involves cleaning, greasing and oiling the car door shaft components. 4 charges for removal of twisted / sagged main suspension steel rope inrhs lift by moving to the lift cabin (top of lift room) and hold by chain block arrangements and holding the counter weight by jacking arrangements at below 0 mtr for releasing loosened rope from sheave, measure and remove the elongated length of rope and reposition in sheave by arresting the eye bolt and checking the alignment from 90 mtr to 0 mtr from machine room, main hoist to counter weight including t&ps and consumables. 5 charges for thorough internal inspection and testing of lhs & rhs lift of all spares from lift sill level (negative floor) to lift head room (90mtr)by isolating the lift from all electrical connections, thorough cleaning of all internal spares, checking continuity, signal passing, indications, healthiness of all spares such as electrical circuits, micro processor based boards, panels with special software programming tool, batteries, terminals, control boards, liners, guide shoes, car top equipments etc.,charges including t&ps, consumables. 6 charges forreplacing worn outmechanical spares such as toothed door closing motor belt / diverting pulley / roller unit lock / door closing rope in lift car door and lift floor doors ofrhs lift. this work consists of removal of worn out spares and cleaning the seating area and fixing the new spares including cost of consumables and t & ps. (the required material will be supplied by tangedco). 7 charges for cleaning, dismantling, greasing, assembling andaligning,the roller unit lock and door closing rope in lift car door and lift floor doors of rhs lift. this work consists of removal of worn out spares and cleaning the seating area and fixing the rectified spares including cost of consumables and t & ps.
