daily sweeping and cleaning & maintenance for two year of shapoorji market old & new at action area - iii, new town, kolkata- 1 engagement of unskilled male for daily sweeping of market premises( out side & inside) of all common spaces including stairs with water mixed with liquid soap and surface disinfactant of approved brand ( phenyile) (white) and make and mopping the same to make it dry and clean ,daily clening internal drains daily dusting hand rail of stairs ,collapsible gate ,lift cage , and dusting doors and windows pane and ceiling once in a week ,sweeping roof and cleaning the mouth of rain water pipes once in a week ,daily watering of all plants and hedges ,periodical deweeding and stacking garbage at nearby waste bins complete as per direction of eic (a) unskilled male will be provided as per direction of the eic during the year.ground floor (inside & outside) premises , internal drains, doors & windows ,ceiling including removal of sludge etc.and other worksas and when required as per direction of engineer in charge( two nos labour/ day).2nos x 24 months= 48 nos. maintenance period 24(twenty four) months. 2 maintenance of toilet block both male & female block by washing the floor twice daily water mixed with liquid soap and surface disinfactant ofmake phenyile ( black) and mopping the same in proper manner to make it clean and dry ,cleaning and washing urinals, squating plates ,water closet, basins partion wall etc. twice daily with harpic . providing naptholine balls at urinal . hanging air freshner(odonil)once in each toilet blockand to be changed in every 7 daysand also cleaning and washing the entire toilet block including inner walls, ceiling etc.( one nos labour/ day).maintenance period 24(twenty four) months . 3 supply of all types of cleaning materials/toiletries and necessary machinery as required to clean the floor,toilet, stair etc & as per direction of eic, including all other taxes complete.details list for materials/toiletries:-1. odonil:-1pck/month2. phenyl:-i)black-500ml:- 1nos/monthii)white-500ml:- 2nos/month3. broom:- 2nos/month 4. cloth:- 2nos/month5. colin-500ml:-1nos/month6. harpic-500ml:-1nos/month7. napthalene-100ml:-1nos/month8. wiper-1no/month 4 add g.s.t @ 18 %` from serial 1 to 3 5 add labour welfare cess @ 1% from serial 1 to 4
