tender for renewal/reconstruction of canal service road of kherhat mr from km 5.000 to 7.039 - earth work:- earth work in construction of patariand making dawla in service road spreading grading to required slope and with manual compaction and dressing including all lead ,lift in types of soil as per direction of engineer-in-charge .(as per technical specification clause 301.50). 2 brick edging on one side of the road of brick class m-150 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge of the work including material labourand t&p etc for proper completion of work. 3 wbm grading ii:providing laying,spreading and compaction stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the intrestices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading iii as per mord specification clause 405 as per direction of engineer-in-charge . 4 wbm grading iii:providing laying,spreading and compaction stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the intrestices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading iii as per mord specification clause 405 as per direction of engineer-in-charge . 5 prime coat:-providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg per square meteras per mord specification as per direction of engineer-in-charge . 6 tack coat:-providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (vg-10)using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular base surface cleaned with mechanicalbroom as per direction of engineer-in-charge . 7 20mm thick open -graded premix surfac:-providinglaying and rolling of open -graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or out-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a hot mixplant, transportation to the site, laying with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 kn capacity, finished to required level and grades as per mord specification as per direction of engineer-in-charge . 8 seal coat:-providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified level grade and cross fall using type c seal coat (as per mord specified clause 510) as per direction of engineer-in-charge .
