tender for periodical services to otm accommodation of rrc fatehgarh.; 1 taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position (mud/ foul /duct) at any height (n.exc.12 mtr) built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.note :- necessary scaffolding and safety equipment shall be incl in quoted rate. 2 m&l for 15 mm thick cement plastering in any position in cm (1:6) on brick or concrete surface fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed. 3 m&l for 15 mm thick cement plastering in any position in cm (1:4) on brick or concrete surface fair finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed. 4 m&l for 5 mm thick cement plastering in any position in cm 1:3 on ceiling surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 5 m&l for preparation of new platered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed. 6 m&l for preparation of new platered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemperover a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. 7 m&l for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 8 preparation of old surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash over old decorated surface of walls complete all as specified and directed. 9 all as per item no.8 above but on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed. 10 preparation of old surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed. 11 m&l for complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying 2 coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed. 12 preparation of old surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and apply one coat of cement based paint on wall surface complete all as specified and directed. 13 m&l for preparation of old external surfaces of walls, facias, cornices etc and applying one coat of anti fungal weather coat exterior emulsion paint on walls complete all as specified and directed. 14 m&l for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 15 m&l for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.note for item no.1 to 15 :(a) all material to be brought by contractor and store in one place as per direction by engr in charge / age (i)(b) protection of windows / doors / vent during painting using polythene film and cleaning will be included.(c) rate quoted includes work at any height (not exc 12 mtr) including necessary scaffolding / centreing and cleaning the waste materials and debries from out of mod land complete as directed.
