tender for special repair of roads in various units under ge west hisar at hisar mil station; 1 repair to potholes any depth ,not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from mud ,or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads ,paths ,etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @9.8kg/10sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam (incl supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) well ramming etc all as specified and directed. 2 preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming /tack coat with vg 30 paving bitumen @ 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. 3 m&l for providing bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidatedthickness,with 5.5%binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power roller complete as specified and directed.note - the minimum consolidated thickness will be 30 mm. however it may be increased at certain places to maintain the camber as per the site requirement and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. the contractor must visit the site before quoting the rates. 4 m&l for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stoplines,arrows, dashes, and the like n exc 10 cm wide, on roads pavemnets with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to bs 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and directed. 5 s&f cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with pama striplens reflector of model no. da 972.0 fixed with and incl ms stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions 6 s&f solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency monostafie solar panel 2.4v/0.3 watt one ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2v/1600ma) consisting of super bright led with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as permanufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed
