cleaning and shifting of materials at regional store under orient area for 02(two) years-1 upkeeping of concrete pavement/ black topped roads excluding coal transport road by brooming and disposal of collected debris/ waste at collection pit/ dustbins or at specified locations within a lead of 50 metres including all tools & plants like spade, basket, brooms with handle stick complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. 2 removal of chokage / blockage of inspection chambers by removing silt, sludge and other foreign materials and disposal of the same to the nearest dustbins etc. complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge 3 up keeping of inside office/ service / welfare buildings including: a) cleaning of floors by brooming and mopping, walls ceiling, partitions, chairs, tables, almirahs, staircases, verandahs, balconies, window glass panes, small drain adjoining plinth protection etc. once in a day in the office building daily in all working days. (b) cleaning of bathroom / toilets once in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc. daily in working days inclusive of cost of detergents and other toiletaries as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. 4 cleaning of toilets (not attached to office / service or werlfare buildings), its floor and dados including applying of phenyle, napthalene balls, harpic, detergents etc as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. (cost of phenyle, naphthalene balls, harpic, detergents etc. to be paid separetely) 5 carriage of garbage or earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley including manual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. (i) for lead of 1 km 6 cutting of grass with grass cutting machine (operation based on petrol) to required shape as per instruction of the engr.i/c. 7 cleaning of drains including removal of earth/ slush/ mud/ silt etc. from drains including disposal of the same within a lead of 50 metres. 8 loading, unloading, staking and shifting of store materials at regional stores, orient area with help of 02 nos of un-skilled labours as per instruction of eic.
