bids are invited for custom bid for services - nit147 upkeeping of vip guest house dormitory building and driver shelter beside dts bunglow yoga centre directors bunglow and transit c under bharatpur area for two years - cleaning of drains including removal of earth/ slush/ mud/ silt etc. from drains including disposal of the same within a lead of 50 metres. , up keeping of inside office/ service / welfare buildings including: a) cleaning of floors by brooming and mopping, walls ceiling, partitions, chairs, tables, almirahs, staircases, verandahs, balconies, window glass panes, small drain adjoining plinth protection etc. once in a day in the office building daily in all working days. (b) cleaning of bathroom / toilets once in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc. daily in working days inclusive of cost of detergents and other toiletaries as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. , cleaning and brooming of floor areas like chequered tiles, paver block, ips floors, including applying water, detergents etc adequately all complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. , cleaning of toilets (not attached to office / service or werlfare buildings), its floor and dados including applying of phenyle, napthalene balls, harpic, detergents etc as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. (cost of phenyle, naphthalene balls, harpic, detergents etc. to be paid separetely) , carriage of garbage or earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley including manual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as per the direction of engineer-in-charge.for lead of 2 km , operating of submersible pump with operation of valves for dts bungalow, transit c and vip guest house, g.m office daily for adequate water supply to the above-mentioned buildings (one suitable semiskilled manpower to be deployed for the purpose). , maintenance of cement potted plants at ground floor in flats and ground floor bungalow,office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required ( materials provided by the department) as per direction of officer in charge (for of cement pots 300 no) , removal of chokage / blockage of inspection chambers by removing silt, sludge and other foreign materials and disposal of the same to the nearest dustbins etc. complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. , supplying and providing harpic solution or its equivalent approved brand for cleaning of toiletes as and when required basis as directed by engineer-in-charge.
