painting of condensate storage tank – outer area & inner area and overhauling of boiler fill pump, hot well make up pumps and related valves including the cost of paint and other all required materials during overhaul for the year 2025 – 2026- 1 charges for cleaning & painting the outer surface of cst with two coats of aluminum paint including cost of paint and all other consumables. (2 coat of paint) 2 charges for cleaning & painting the inner surface of cst with one coat of epoxy grey paint including cost of paint and all other consumables. (1 coat of paint) 3 charges for leading, lifting and arranging platform and scaffolding where required in the boiler and dismantling after completion of work. 4 hot well make up pump / boiler fill pump overhauling:charges for dismantling of suction spool pieces, pump casing, shaft, sleeves, ring, impeller drive end bearing housing, non drive end bearing housing and overhauling of mechanism for any wear inside the casing impeller gland changing repairing of any parts reassembly of all above and aligning with motor. 5 replacement of valves / overhauling: charges for changing the worn-out 150 nb / 40 gatevalves, nrv or diaphragm valve / overhauling of150nb gate valves or nrv / diaphragm valves in hot well make up pump suction and delivery sides.
