tender for outsourcing of manpower fo various services - outsourcing of manpower for various services in the institute, as given in annexure-vi (of the tender) -point no. 1-scope of work. the bidder is required to quote the service charges only ( in percentage in the column - f, row no 15 given below, i.e., quoted rate in figures) for providing manpower for various services (as per annexure-i of the tender). the minimum wages per month/day for various services will be as given in annexure-i. the institute will pay epf, esi and gst as applicable and as per prevailing rates notified by govt. the estimated total amount given here is tentative and will vary as per the actual no. of manpower required. therefore, the bidder is required to quote only the service charges in % only (the serive charges will be applicable on the wages +epf% +esi%). the comparison of the bids will be done on the basis of quoted percentage service charges only. note: if the bidder quotes below 3.85% service charges, the bid shall be treated as unresponsive and will not be considered.
