horticulture services , horticulture servicesnote:-1 ) nicpr will pay the salary of staff as per minimum wages act and variable dearness allowance notified by government of uttar pradesh from time to time and other applicable statuory provisions/charges such as epf , esi and edli etc . as applicable and notified by the govt . from time-to-time and therefore need not be quoted by the bidder . 2 ) applicable gst charges as per govt . norms will be paid by nicpr . 3 ) grand total of below 1 . 01 to 1 . 05 and 2 below will be used to determine/ calculate l-1 . 4 ) if a firm quotes nil charges/consideration , the bid shall be treated as unresponsive and will not be considered . the service charges quoted by the firms should not be less than 1% of the overall minimum wages ( applicable as on closing date ) of 08 numbers of manpower . , other charges ( other than required to be paid by nicpr as per note 1 above ) if any , per month like below , ( i ) administrative charges , ( ii ) bonus , ( iii ) uniform allowance , ( iv ) any other ( please specify separately ) , lump sum service charges per month i . e contractor profit ( other than required to be paid by the nicpr as per note 1 above )
