tender for term contract for artificer works at area inside (pokaran and gomat) at pokaran mil stn under age (i) pokaran.; 1 term contract for artificers works to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the mes standard schedule of rates part-i (specifications) - 2009 and part-ii (rates) - 2020 together with amendment no 1 to 3 for part-i and amendment no 1 to 122 and section no 30 for part-ii hereinafter referred to the mes schedule and general conditions of contracts (iafw-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 amendments no 1 to 49 forming part of tender document during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid mes schedule. 2 notes:-(i) tenderer shall insert percentage at the f19 cell of this boq excel sheet. 3 (ii) tenderer shall refer and select the option excess(+) or less(-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below mes standard schedule of rates part-ii, 2020. 4 (iii) amount inserted by the mes under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only being term contract separate orders as per requirement of work will be ordered. the work order is to be priced at rates given in ssr and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor. 5 (iv) irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in the boq, acceptance of contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage (excess/less) thereto quoted by the tenderer. however, the total contract sum shall not exceed total estimated amount shown in boq.
