tender for term contract for artificers works in zone a area at nda khadakwasla; term contract for artificers works to perform asuch services and execute such work upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the tender documents ans upon the conditions as per tender documents contained as may be demanded and as enumerated in the mes standard schedule of rates part-i, 2009 (specifications) and part-ii (rates) of 2020 as amended upto bid submission end date (hereinafter and in iafw-2249 referred to as the mes schedules) and as applicable to the above said schedule forming part of tender document during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid mes schedule.note :-(i) tenderer shall insert percentage at the 16th row and 4th & 5th column of this boq excel sheet. (ii) tenderer shall refer and select the option excess(+) or less(-) sheet to quote the percentage above or below mes standard schudle of rates part-ii, 2020as amended upto bid submission end date.(iii) amount inserted by the mes under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page in approximate and for reference only being term contract seperate orders as per requirement of work will be ordered. the work order is to be priced at rates given in ssr and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the tenderer(iv) irrespective of quoted amount generated by the system in the boq, accetance of contract shall be made for the total estimated amount and percentage (excess/less) thereto quoted by the tenderer, however, the total contract sum shall not exceed total estimated amount shown in boq.
