(1) determination of cbr value with as per is-2720 (part-16) with omc, mdd.ll.pl, soil classification moisture content and other engineering properties and collecting sample of subgrade soil from site with preparation of complete report:- (1) soaked/unsoaked test in cbr value for determination of road pavement. (ii) test of optimum moisture content (omc) and maximum dry density(mdd) tests for embankment works. (iii) modulus of subgrade reaction for rigid pavement note:- (1) labs must be nabl accredited or any other accreditation body which operates in accordance with iso/iec-170011 and accredits the lab as per iso/iec: 17025, with state of the art equipment apparatus. (2) soil investigation consultant shall have minimum 01 no me/m tech (geotech/soil/rock) with minimum 2 years experience & 01 no be/b tech (civ) with minimum 5 years experience and must have all adequate tech staff diploma/iti qualified (3) all samples of soils to be packed and signed by ge/age(1) pers and report to incudes pics of the same duly signed. (4) depth of bore to be insured by ge/age(i) and pics of site and layout plan to be included in report (a) photographic record of geo-exploration as well as testing shall be part of the report. maintaining photographic record (min ten photographic as per hole duly annotated). (b) recommendation as regards possibility of liquefaction of soil in case of saturated or partially saturated loose/uncompacted sandy soils.
