consultancy services for soil investigation for augmentation of water storage facilities including new water supply pipe line from phed and allied infra at mil jaisalmer , drilling of bore holes of 100mm dia in any type of soil/rock , collection of disturbed and undisturbed sample , locating water table , conducting standard penetration test ( spt ) as per is specification including conducting the following laboratory tests as specified in the is codes of the collected sample and submission of report in sextuplicate for upto 06m depth or till refusal , whichever occurs earlier and including filling the holes with suitable soil and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified :- ( a ) determination of natural moisture content . ( b ) bulk density . ( c ) grain size distribution . ( d ) atterbergs limits test . ( e ) specific gravity test . ( f ) tri-axial test ( drained/undrained ) . ( g ) conduct of consolidation test on cohesive soil if met with . ( h ) locate depth of ground water table and to assess its seasonal variation . , ( i ) evaluation of safe bearing capacity of soil for footings of size 1 . 5 x 1 . 5m , 1 . 5 x 2 . 5m , 2 . 0 x 2 . 5m , 2 . 0 x 3 . 0m . ( j ) soil characteristics for earth used in refilling under floors . ( k ) swelling index and swelling pressure tests on swelling type of soil . ( l ) chemical tests on soils like ph , chloride content , sulphate content in tabular form . ( m ) unconfined compressive strength of rock . ( n ) field dry density and moisture content . .
