tender for underground line shifting work - underground shifting work of 11 kv lines falling between banda to khairada railway station under the limits of v.n.v.k., banda. - the work of shifting of underground 11 kv lines with xlpe cable (approx. 780 mtr.) of 11 kv jalsansthan/bhooragarh/mahaveeran feeders between banda to khairada railway station due to extension of railway line fed from 33/11 kv sub-station, bhooragarh of edsd, pili-kothi under full deposit scheme 2024-25 under eudd, banda, including carriage of all required material from esc banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. the bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. the material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard, including transportation. details of the work as given below ;- 2 safe cartage of 11 mtr. long st poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work. 3 safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, g.i. earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work. 4 erection of dp structure on 11 mtr. long st poles, including complete h.t./l.t. fittings as per resspo manual and as per direction of engineer incharge. 5 grouting of dp structure on 11 mtr. long st poles, including complete h.t./l.t. fittings as per resspo manual and as per direction of engineer incharge. the support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 cu. mtr. each). 6 erection and grouting of stay set with nozelling & binding as per norms. 7 fixing of earthing rod as per resspo manual. 8 laying of 11 kv 3x300 sq.mm. xlpe cable (double ckt.) by hdd machine on hdpe pipe with supply of hdpe pipe 140 mm od pn-4 pe-80 grade uv stabilized hdpe pipe asper is : 4984 in 6 meter. the work includes the cost of commissioning of 11 kv cable jointing kits and making all suitable arrangements to get the work done. cable hoisting and making loops at both ends & digging of pit 2x2x1 mtr. for laying of cable are also includes in the work. (all material arranged by contractor at his own cost related to work. only xlpe cable provided by department). 9 supply, erection & fixing of stone pad (300x300x75 mm) as per resspo manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 10 supply, erection & fixing of ms top channel (125x65x2240 mm.) alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 11 supply, erection & fixing of ms dropper channel (100x50x2028 mm.) alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 12 supply, making and fixing of o/d type 3x300 sq.mm. 11 kv cable jointing kit (cable box) for 3x300 sq.mm. xlpe cable (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 13 supply, erection & fixing of clamps for channel (top & dropper) with nut-bolts & washers alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 14 supply, mounting & fixing of g.i. pipe 6 dia with clamp and n&b alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 15 supply, erection & fixing of danger board with clamps & nut-bolts alongwith fitting of all accessories as per resspo manual (arranged by tenderer at his own cost). 16 dismentling & removal of existing/old erected pcc/stp/joist/rail poles with its accessories alongwith cartage to store.
