tender for external cleaning of 2 nos boilers-- 1 tender for external cleaing of 2 nos boilers on labour contract rate basis. 2 external cleaning of 2 nos. boilers on labour rate basis.scope of work :-(i) cleaning of furnace area, super heaters, external cleaning of boilers tubes, cleaning of furnace walls, chambers and economizer, air heaters, ducting cleaning of air heaters tube from inside by flexible shaft and wire bush, cleaning of wet scrubber, id, f.d, sa fan impellers, washing of boilers structure with water pressure.(ii) cleaning and painting of feed water tank, boilers drum and drum internals.(iii) all the tubes of boilers including super heater should be cleaned externally with wire bush and emery paper.(iv)total carbage to be lifted by contractor as and when required.(v) cleaning and painting of boiler structure and from wall of boilers.
