supply of chemical cleaning of boilers - 1 welding of mill roller shaft journals. 2 welding of mill roller side 3 welding& grinding of mill crown pinion one side 4 welding of mill roller shaft crown pinion seat 5 welding of crown pinion bore 6 conventional arcing of mill rollers 7 to make tips at landing of mill rollers with electrode ccr 62 / 1 or equivalent. 8 a ) cleaning of mills machinery parts i.e. crown pinions, n mill rollers shaft, mill couplings etc. for ultrasonic purpose. nb ) scrapping, cleaning & painting of various parts of mills e.g. head stocks, trash beams, transmissions covers, plumber blocks, troughs, structural columns, platforms railings, fiberizor & cane leveler casings, side cover plates, juice tanks, donnelly chutes, couplings, hydraulic grabs, pipe lines, juice screen structure, cleaning & liming of mills foundation etc. n 9 cleaning & washing at mill house from cane carrier to nbagasse elevator, including factory floor, mill house ncrane, factory columns, fiberizor pit, below cane ncarrier, near electric panels of bagasse elevator etc. n 10 removal work of water, mud, bagasse, earth, oil etc from mills & transmission gears foundation trenches. n 11 scrapping of sugar from different machinery, to be filled in bags and shifted to directed location, then washing all equipments from inner e.g. so2 gas line, clarifier etc. and outer side including floor with water from juice tank to drier house. nterms & condition – n1. the work should be completed within 40 days after completion of the crushing season. n2. for washing mill provide pump, pipe and water. n3. all required material like kassi, belcha etc will be in the party scope. n 12 cleaning of both boilers for the season 2021-22 nscope of work – n1. general cleaning of furnace area, super heater external cleaning, external cleaning of the boiler tubes, cleaning of furnace walls, chamber economizer coils, air heater cleaning, cleaning of air heater tubes with flexible shaft if required, cleaning of complete ducting, cleaning of wet scrapper including all ducting, washing of structure, truss and boiler house with water. n2. cleaning and painting of feed tank, deareator tank, and boiler drum and drum internals. n3. 3. total garbage to be lifted by contractor as and when required to suitable place. n4. cleaning and painting of id, fd, sa fan impeller and casing inside and outside. n5. in addition to above any work related to cleaning at boilers section will be in scope of party. n
