tender for renewal work with ordinary repair of saipura dhaurra road of km 9,10(300) - providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. as per morth specification no. 404 (excluding gst) 2 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen vg-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with air compressor.as per morth specification no. 503 (excluding gst) 3 providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregatesusing viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.as per morth specification no. 510 (excluding gst) 4 providing and laying of premix seal coat with hmp of appopriate capacity not less then 200 tonnes/hours usning crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. as per morth specification no. 511 (excluding gst)
