(excluding gst) 3 providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregatesusing viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.as per morth specification no. 510 (excluding gst) 4 providing and laying of premix seal coat with hmp of appopriate capacity not less then 200 tonnes/hours usning crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. as per morth specification no. 511 (excluding gst)
