providing equipment and accessories with all ancillaries and auxiliaries required for flow monitoring of wtp water delivered quantity management at wtp, phase-i under ntk project.-1.00 instrumentation for wtp water quantity monitoring: 2.00 supply, delivery of full bore type electro magnetic flowmeter as per following or equivlent, ip68, with remote smart transmitter of ip 67 (volume flow rate output: 4-20ma & hart output and totalizer pulse output: 0.05cu.m /pulse) with lcd display, factory calibration lab as per iso 17025 certified, accuracy: 0.5%, +/- 2mm/sec or better, measuring, reference & empty pipe detection electrode ss316l with polyurethane/hard rubber liner acs drinking water approval, housing: die cast aluminium with protective lacering, nema4x, aux. supply: 230v ac/24v dc of following sizes for inlet and outlet pipeline of wtp as per nit specification, [make: endress+hauser india pvt. ltd. / equivalent] 2.01 dn 600 mm, ip-68, cable: 20m [aa-i clear water delivered flow meter] 2.02 protection panel with surge protector / voltage stabilizer for flow meter. 3.00 dismantling the damaged 600 mm dis full bore electro magnetic flowmeter from existing position to avoid any hampered of drinking water system including repairing and renovation of flowmeter chamber by necessary civil works all complete as per direction of eic. 4.00 installation, commissioning, calibartion, pipe line fittings by cutting and mending of ms rising / distribution pipe lines fitted with gasket, gl nut and bolt and construction of mechanical support for rising and distribution main is required. the cable to be laying through cable tray, hdpe pipe protection, gl pipe protection as per site requirement. all cable should be routed as per department direction and at least 0.7m below gl with 5.00 connection of installed flow meter with central scada system, its should be monitored at local station as well as at remote central scada station through scada system by gprs/gsm.all complete as per direction of eic.
