tender for annual repair of chaudhari khera salind to peekhi rahimabad barithanailink road - wbm patch (grading-3) providing ,laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 53-22.4mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stage to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming ,stone screening , binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density. 2 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen vg-10 using bitumen pressure distributor@ 0.30 kg / sqm on the prepared surfase cleaned with hydraulic broom. 3 providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregate either using penetration grde bitumen to required ,line grade and levels to serve as wearing coarse on a previosly prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . 4 providing and laying seal coat c type sealing the voids in a bituminous surfase laid to the specified levels , grade and cross fall . 5 construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift& leadtransporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 .as per technical specification clause 301.5
