tender for special repair of safipur rasulabad marg khargura link road km-1 ( 500 ) ; 1 wbm patch ( grading-3 ) providing , laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 53-22.4mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing , rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kn in stage to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming , stone screening , binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density. 2 providing and applying tack coat with bitumen vg-10 using bitumen pressure distributor@ 0.30 kg / sqm on the prepared surfase cleaned with hydraulic broom. 3 providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregate either using penetration grde bitumen to required , line grade and levels to serve as wearing coarse on a previosly prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . 4 providing and laying seal coat c type sealing the voids in a bituminous surfase laid to the specified levels , grade and cross fall . 5 construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lift& leadtransporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 .as per technical specification clause 301.5
