(mode of measurement- weight of sleeves / jam nuts / stuffing box bush etc with shaft) 7 taken out of the shaft-impeller assembly from the bottom volute of the ht pump and kept on the pedestal with care & caution & complete as per direction of eic (mode of measurement-weight of impeller, shaft, sleeve, jam nut & half coupling) 8 de-assembling of the bush bearing both in de & nde with utmost care by using departmental overhead crane and placing the bush bearing etc. on the pump house working floor & complete in all respect as per direction eic (mode of measurement -entire internal surface area of the white metal of the bearing) 9 to & fro trtansportation of complete shaft-impeller assembly from pump house work site to the contacrtors work shop and vice versa including loading and unloading with proper care as per direction of eic(mode of measurement- weight of impeller, shaft, sleeve, jam nut & half coupling 10 fitting & fixing of the sleeve / jam nuts / stuffing box bush/ wearing ring by hydraulic jack & specilized fixutures etc. & complete in all respect as per direction of eic.(mode of measurement - weight of the sleeves / jam nuts / stuffing box bush / wearing ring with shaft 11 positioning, fitting & fixing the complete rotating assembly on the pump bottom volute with all sequential proceedings and keeping utmost care & caution and complete in all respect as per direction of eic.(mode of measurement-wight of impeller, shaft, sleeve, jam nut & half coupling) 12 de-coupling of the ht pump from drive motor by removing the coupling bolts etc. with care & caution and kept the coupling bolts in the departmental godown & complete as per direction of eic (mode of measurement-drive motor watt*no of poles/rpm) 13 removal of horizontal/vertical split top voluteafter loosening the nuts & bolts from the bottom volute of the ht pump with utmost care by using departmental overhead crane & keep the top volute at the working floor and after completion of the necessary inspection/works etc & gain placing the top volute on the bottom volute with necessaryhydraulic paper etc along with the sealing of both nde & de side of volute casing to prevent sucking of air & bolted up of the top bottom volute casing & complete as per direction of eic.(mode of measurement-drive motor watt*no of poles/rpm) 14 removal of half coupling using the hydraullic puller & fixtures etc. very cautiously from the shaft and complete in all respect as per direction of eic.(mode of measurement-drive motor wattxno of poles/rpm) 15 fitting & fixing of the half coupling by hydraullic jack & specilized fixtures etc. & complete in all respect as per direction of eic.(modeof measurement-drive motor wattxno of poles/rpm) 16 making alignment of the shafts of pump & motor by using dial gauge etc, including insertion of requiste dimentional brass sheetes & complete in all respect as per direction of eic.(mode of measurement-wattage of the drive motorxno of poles/rpm) 17 making coupling the ht pump with the drive motor by insertion the coupling pins etc. with care & caution and complete as per direction of eic (mode of measurement-drive motor watt*no of poles/rpm) 18 commissioning the ht pump with drive motor with sequential process with proper care & caution & do needful observation for trial run to acieve the satisfactory operation of the pump & complete in all respect as per direction of eic.(mode of measurement-per day basis) 19 supply of casing wear ring of pump model no.20uph3m1(dv) kirloskar brothers ltd. make 20 estimated amount 21 add: 9%cgst 22 add: 9%sgst 23 add: 1% lw cess
