bids are invited for annual rate contract for providing 1 standard room ( non ac )  accommodation facility will have to be provided in registered hotel at amreli city with meal in case when government stay facility is not available.  the rates should be inclusive of hotel accommodation charges along with breakfast, lunch & dinner and all other taxes.  the payment for the hotel will be paid by agency. after check out by guest, agency will give their bill as per rate fixed in this contract for actual staying  in case when government stay facility is not available, the facility for accommodation in hotel has to be provided by agency whenever required.  the rooms of hotel in each category should be available with bed, chair and attached toilet bathroom.  the bill of accommodation of hotel should be provided as per actual days, the days will be calculated for 24 hrs.  accommodation would be booked whenever required and similar for the food.  the booking of hotel for guest will be informed to agency before one day of actual staying. the agency is responsible to book the hotel. the dispute if any, the agency will be responsible for it. 1 2 deluxe room 3 premier room
