bids are invited for work package-benchwork-conv-701, work package-benchwork-other-701 - scope for work package of bench work and coating activities in rework hangar: 1. the bench work of the engine parts will include the following: a. bench work, dressing b. removal and replacement of bushes c. removal and replacement of bushes d. drilling, bending, locking e. set making, straightening, marking f. cutting, deburring g. removal of nicks, marks, sharp edges, dents, corrosion h. blue check i. removal of oil stains / carbon layer / graphite dust / j. preservation, packing, storing and dispatch k. greasing l. dye check m. press fitting n. thread rectification o. calibration p. operation of ovens / furnaces q. mounting dis-mounting of parts / assemblies on trolleys 2. coating will include the following: a. powder preparation b. part preheating, sand blasting, cleaning c. specimen preparation d. various types of coating on parts received e. post heating of coated parts f. bench work of non coating areas 3. bench work of the operation are to be done in line with mps requirements and hal requirements of full overhaul ( foh ) engines, intermediate overhaul ( ioh ) engines, rts engines, manufacturing engines and any other requirements. 4. required tools and consumables need to be collected from respective pts, mts and respective storage points. 5. tools are to be placed at respective areas individual personnel will be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of self-working area. 6. parts received for operation need to be properly segregated and arranged. 7. rework of tools, fixtures, parameter deviation in parts need to be immediately reported to shop in-charges. 8. mounting and dismounting of parts from trolleys / fixtures for viewing / operation is to be done with care as applicable and required. 9. blanking of all the opening of components as per technology / program or as per hal requirement wherever applicable / required. 10. arrangement of required trolleys / trays / tools / blankings etc. from the respective bays / areas. 11. before and after completion of operation ensure that items tags are attached mentioning engine number and category of engine. 12. during operation of parts, damages are not permitted. 13. any additional operation is to be done as per hal requirement. 14. mixing of items during operation is not permitted. total quantity : 142446
