bids are invited for custom bid for services - ---- total quantity :--1 s/f of 3 c class gi pipe:supply,fabrication and welding approved make g.i. pipes of class `c as per is 1239/is 3589 part-1 (latest edition) with threaded/bevelled ends in vertical or horizontal position at all heights, on existing pedestals, including cutting, threading, bending and joining with class c gi fitting with threaded/welded ends such as tees, bends, unions, elbows, reducers, sockets, check nuts, plug bends etc. providing necessary gi malleable clamps and supports and testing the line as specified complete excluding painting the external surface of pipes and fitting.in case of threaded pipes and fittings joining to be done using teflon tapes. gi coating thickness to be in compliance to is 4736.rate to be quoted in inch meter for the piping. 2 s/f of 3 flange:supply,fabrication, welding of sorf150# ms/gi on the pipelines / fittings using approved make / size of welding electrode confirming to is 814; with three or more runs of weld on the outside/inside as required including cutting and beveling ends as necessary; cleaning of internal / external surfaces where welding is to be done; grinding of welds; etc.; as directed. clearance at various stages after site inspection is included in the above scope. scope of work shall be for supply and welding of 150 # gi flanges. welding procedure should conform to asme sec ix/api 1104. payment shall be made on the inch dia of the flange to be welded flanges shall conform to asme/ansi b 16.5 3 3 making flange joint: charges for making flanged joints/fixing blind flanges class 150 lb including supplying and fixing of metallic spiral gasket( spiral wound ss 304 orhigher with grafoil as per asme b16.20 with centreing ring and matching with the class of flanged joint;
