bids are invited for boq total quantity : 1---1 demolition demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge 2 granite on floors m&l for 20 mm thick selected quality pre polished granite stone ( any type ) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment ( 1:2 ) to match the shade of stone including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 laid in floors complete including carefully cutting and getting out to existing flooring all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge 3 granite on walls all as per item no 2 above but as in skirting / dado over 10 mm thick cement mortar in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge 4 ss raling with glass s & f stainless steel railing of standard height 2 dia 1.6 mm wall thickness finish buffed pipe including dismantling of old handrail start point and end point pipes and 8 mm thick toughned glass fixed with stair case railing ends finished suitably alongwith fixing arrangements complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge
