tender for comprehensive repair and maintenance as per cpp ser no 15 in the aor under age b/r ii of ge (army) no 2 jodhpur-- 1 demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level including floor finishes and removing debris from the site all as specified and as directed. 2 demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified. 3 demolition of tiles/kota stone/granite/marble/mosaic flooring /wall tiling etc, including cement mortar bedding/backing coat incl removing rubbish off the premises as directed by engr in-charge complete all as specified. 4 m&l for vitrified ceramic (coloured) tiles double charged 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
