tender for special repair to existing internal road at old ss line md accommodation of eme bn under ge (south), meerut cantt; 1 m&l for repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at lest 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sq m. putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again will rammed (including supply or premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed. 2 m& l for preparing surfaces by brushing in black top with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer(vg-10) at the rate 05 kg per 10 sq meterscompleted as pecified and directed. 3 m&l for premix bitumious macadam mixed with paving bitumen @ 4% binder (viscosity grade vg-30) contents any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness n. exc 75mm ) with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed. 4 m&l for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by wt of total mix paving bitumen (vg-30) viscocity grade mixed in hot mix plant transported to site on tippers and laid with mechanical paver, and rolled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient and all directed and specified by engineer-in-charge 5 s&f in repairs yellow and black plastic speed bump made up of abs materials to highly reflective reflector moulded in emma material welded with abs baseplate through ultrasonic welding processes of size 350mm length and width of 263 mm with working width of 250 mm, height 53mm and weight appx 1200 gram. make ms sapphire road safety products or equivalent. 6 m& l for cleaning the road surface of dirt, seals oil.grese and foreign materials etc and applying 2 mm thick road marking strips (rectro reflective) of white colour or yellow using hot thermoplastic material by filly/semi automatic thermo plastic paints applicator machine fitted with profile shoe heater drive by operator on road surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 7 supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with pama striplens reflector fixed with and incl ms stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. 8 demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thick ( above or belowgl) complete all as specified and directed. 9 m&l for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type d-2 using (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. 10 m&l for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to is 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, m-35 grade 60 mm thick pcc tile (interlocking type) with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. 11 m&l for sand for cushioning, interlocking tiles joint to be filled with sand, including spreading and levelling in layers n exc 25 mm thick complete all as specified and directed. 12 material & labour for cement concrete (1:4:8) type d-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete and sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.
