tender for annual repair and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations of otb, chakeri and ca, cantt at kanpur airport for the year 2024-26; 1 operation &maintenance of2 x 75kva dg set along with battery chargers, amf panels,lt panels & accessories etc and electrical & mechanical installations ofoffices, aai residential colony , switch room ,street lights, parking light , apron lights and communication facilities room at civil aerodrome, cantt etc. i/c attending the day to day complaints on all days i/c sunday and holiday by providing the skilled & unskilled man power, tools & tacklesand attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per detail specifications enclosed.note: refer para no. 12 of scc page no. 177 for total manpower requirement under this item. 2 operation &maintenance of1 x 125 kva dg set ,along with battery chargers, amf panels, ht / lt panels & accessories etc and electrical & mechanical installations ofdog kennel, switch room ,street lights, parking light , offices at civil air terminal, chakeri (old terminal building)i/c attending the day to day complaints on all days i/c sunday and holiday by providing the skilled & unskilled man power, tools & tacklesand attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per detail specifications enclosed.note: refer para no. 12 of scc page no. 178 for total manpower requirement under this item. 3 rewinding of submersible pump (up to 7.5 hp ) including repairing work as and when required. 4 for 1st year 5 for 2nd year 6 lifting & lowering of submersible pump (up to 7.5 hp ) from existing bore well & installation, testing and commissioning at site by using tripod and other tools, including its connected pipe & cable, packing’s, nut bolts etc. and making water proofjoint in submersible cable complete as required. 7 for 1st year 8 for 2nd year 9 rewinding of 1400 / 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan with super enamelled copper winding wire with varnishing and backing including greasing the bearings as required. 10 for 1st year 11 for 2nd year 12 rewinding of 12/15/18size exhaust fan with super enamelled copper winding wire with varnishing and backing including greasing the bearings as required. 13 for 1st year 14 for 2nd year 15 spray painting of electrical panels / board / feeder pillar / duct of different capacity installed at different places at kanpur airport with enamel paint (2 or more coat) including scraping the old paint and single coat of primer etc. complete as required. 16 for 1st year 17 for 2nd year 18 painting of streetlight poles, up to 7 to 8 meters in height, located at the civil aerodrome cantt, racecourse colony cantt, and the old terminal building in chakeri, kanpur airport. 19 for 1st year 20 for 2nd year 21 percentage above or below on the rates of electrical dsr-2022 (cpwd) items worth totalling to rs. 1,00,000.00 for execution of misc. items on requirement basis. the rates quoted shall be without gst.(note: the firm has to quote/upload the percentage above / below on rs. 1,00,000/- for example: if desired to quote 5% above on dsr-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1,05,000/-. if desired to quote 5% below on dsr-2022 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 95000/-)
