cmc of all fire fighting installation in glm hospital-electrical work ; 1 cmc of fire fighting items 2 od7153 / 2023-2024:providing maintenance services under comprehensive annual maintenance contract ( camc ) for fire fighting system including fire alarm and pa system, sprinkler system, wet riser and hydrant system, portable fire extinguishers, lift pressurization, exit signage etc. in glm hospital. this includes preventive and routine maintenance, repair and servicing of all the equipments associated with the systems including cost of spares, consumables, paint work, welding work, parts of panel, repair and overhauling with replacement of all parts of all pumps, cable, fire alarm and pa system sprinkler system, lift pressurization, system, exit signage if replacement required whenever necessary and refilling of portable fire extinguishers. the cost of major equipment if becomes irreparable is not covered in the scope of work. labour and all other charges for repair and servicing of all the equipments associated with the systems included in this contract
