bids are invited for amc / cmc of fire detection, fire alarm, fire hydrant and sprinkler system - operation & maintenance i/c servicing of fire alarm and detection system as well as fire fighting system as follows:(i) fire alarm and detection system complete as installed at jaisalmer airport by deploying minimum manpower as below responsible for carring out preventive maintenance, attending complaints/faults, breakdowns and taking rectification action and ensuring the serviceablity/satisfactory working of complete system. tools, tackels and other minor spares required for carring out maintenance activities will be the responsibility of the agency.the work will be carried out as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions coverd under this contract. &(ii) fire fighting system including motors, pumps, electrical panel, pipe lines & internal & external hydrants, sprinkler hose pipe, hose reel, hose box, valves, nrv, sprinklers and fire gensets etc. installed at jaisalmer airport by deploying minimum manpower as below responsible for carring out preventive maintenance and attending the complaints /faults, breakdown and taking rectification action & ensuring serviceablity/satisfactory working of complete systems. tools, tackels and other minor spares required for carring out maintenance activities will be the responsibility of the agency. the work will be carried out as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions coverd under this contract.the job includes deployment of fire trained manpower (skilled) for fire alarm and detection system as well as fire fighting system - 03 nos. (i.e. 01 no. each in a,b,c shift on all days in week including holidays), reliever shall be provided for weekly off) , proper cleaning of the existing hydrant pipe line of 150 mm in size and removing the rust surface with abrasive material and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of red synthetic enamel paint of approved brand etc. as required up to the satisfaction of engineer in-charge. , proper cleaning of the rust surface of hydrant hose box and all equipment with abrasive material and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of red enamel paint etc. as required up to the satisfaction of engineer in-charge. , numbering, alphabet writing, painting art work for hydrant hose boxes/cabinet, pipe lines and other equipments etc. as required up to the satisfaction of engineer in-charge. , supply and replacement of butterfly valve in existing m.s. pipe of external hydrant line including fixing, connection etc. complete in all respects as per site requirement and testing the same after replacement. , supply and replacement of defective/faulty pressure gauge in existing m.s. pipe line including connection etc. complete in all respects as per site requirement and testing the same after replacement. , annual comprehenshive maintenance contract of fire extinguishers including hydro testing of fire cylinders, refilling of below mentioned fire extinguishers & replacement of other required wornout parts as per norms & as and when required, complete in all respects. the details/type of fire extinguisher coverd under the contract are: , type a: co2 4.5 kg (qty: 21) , type a: water co2 9 ltr ( qty: 16) , type b: co2 6.5 kg ( qty: 5) , type c: mechanical foam 50 ltr (qty: 2) , type d: mechanical foam 9 ltr (qty: 5) , type e: abc type 5 kg ( qty: 5) , modular automatic fire extinguisher abc type 5 kg (qty: 11) , repairing/rewinding of motor pump set including overhauling of 3 phase motors with super enamelled copper winding wire and replacement of defective rubber bushes, thrush bearings, shaft pins, impellers etc. as required. dismantling of motor pump set, transportation to workshop & re-installation after repair/rewinding i/c connection, testing and commissioning etc. complete is in the scope of the agency. the damanged/wornout parts of the motor pumps shall be retained by the agency without any monetory adjustments. , upto 10 hp , above 10 hp & upto 80 hp , supply of a portable, non-slip, high-strength, heavy-duty, flame-retardant polyester material emergency fire escape rope ladder (minimum diameter 16mm-18mm ), 32 feet in length with minimum safe working load (swl) of 300kg and it shall be tangle-free, quick-release design allowing for rapid deployment without the use of tools up to the satisfaction of engineer in-charge.
