bids are invited for item no 1 - manning and operation of 11 kv main receiving station at sub station no-5 at smq area includinglt panels,11 kv out door / indoor transformer including protection switch gears for smooth and trouble free operation round the clock all as specified and directed. (man power : electrician - 01 no and helper - 01 no per shift of eight hours) ( total 03 shifts )(i) distribution transformer 11/.433kv , 250 kva-01 no ( out door type)(ii)lt pannel - 3 nos(iii) lt apfc panel - 01 no.(iv) 11 kv gang operated switch alongwith 2/4 pole structure -03 nos.(v) dg set 125 kva - 01 no & 63 kva dg set - 01 no(vi) bty of dg setnotes:-1) the electrician / operatormust be well experienced skilled electrician and should be fully conversant with the maintenance and operation/handling of 11 kv sub station. 2) the quoted rate is inclusive of employee contribution of epf and esi as per epf act 1952 and esi act 1948, as amended from time to time. 3)the operator must be smart in conversation and should be well behaved. 4) the operator has to maintain the do fuses. 5)daily visual check of various transformers and switch gears and grid has to be carried out by the operatorand to inform the eic je about any discrepancy . 6)the operator has to carry out the weeklymaintenance of battery andcharger. topping of distilled water/battery solution is to be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. 7)the contractor will be responsible to keep the sub station and its surrounding area clean. 8)the operator will maintain all records in log sheet/log book of 11 kv sub stn including shut down. 9)the contractor shall maitain a cellphone in all shifts with incoming and outgoing facilities and ensure proper functioning for the contract period. 10) unit rate quoted against item shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess , levies as applicable and gst. , item no 2 - m&l painting of 100 kva to 500 kva transformer with spray painting gun using two coats synthetic enamel paint with approved colour complete all as specified and directed. , item no 3 - supply and fixing glow sign board box type with base frame made from angle iron and backside from acp sheet 3mm thick with ip protection for outdoor use, acrylic sheet blue colour fixed wall using ms angle iron 50x50x6mmincluding led tube rod, electric connectionand marking computer printingmes logo and and specified details in english block capital letters on the surface of the board white letter suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed. total quantity : 1
