( b ) complete checking of electrical wiring network, fuse etc and replacement of following complete:- ( i ) head light assembly, with holder – 02 nos , ( ii ) back light assembly, with holder – 02 nos ( iii ) wiper motor – 01 nos ( iv ) wiper blade – 02 nos ( c ) opening the engine tappet cover for setting and replace the head gas kit, tappet cover packing cam oil seal – 01 nos, adjust the tappet clearance replace camp seal and complete testing ( d ) repair to wheel and brake system :- opening and taking out all four drums from wheel and taking out old unserviceable wheel bearing from front and rear wheels, greasing wheel hubs complete including replacement of following unserviceable spares complete: ( i ) brake oil, ( ii ) break pad, ( iii ) booster assembly filling of brake fluid bleeding the break system with brake fluid. assembly of wheels and testing the brake system for smooth functioning. ( e ) taking out complete seats front & rear including supply and fixing floor matting and re-fixing the seats. ( f ) m&l for both side doors panel with rear side. ( g ) denting and painting of right side fender, right side door.
