( b ) complete checking of electrical wiring network and replacement of control cables kit, fuse etc and refixing properly of following complete including replacement of unsv misc parts such as head light set compete – 02 nos, side indicator – 02 set. horn assembly 12 volt 01 no. ( c ) dismantling and taking out clutch assembly replace of with new spare parts such as ( i ) clutch disk & cover ( ii ) clutch release bearing ( iii ) clutch fork ( iv ) clutch assembly 12v 8pk ( v ) master cylinder assembly, release bearing etc complete and testing. ( d ) repair / replacement of seat cushioning by replacing old unserviceable material with new cushion ( d ) m&l for tuning of engine by setting of engine timing and calibration of fuel injection pump in lab completely as per manufacture instructions complete and repair baby pump kit complete servicing & greasing complete. ( e ) repair to wheel and brake system:- opening and taking out all four drums from wheel and taking out old unserviceable wheel bearing from front and near wheel, greasing wheel hubs complete including replacement of following unserviceable spares complete ( i ) brake liner – 02 nos ( ii ) wheel cylinder kit – 08 nos ( iii ) replacement of real wheel bearing – 04 nos finding of brake fluid and bleeding the brake system with brake fluid. assembly of wheels and testing the brake system including balancing on computer machine and wheel alignment complete for smooth functioning of vehicle. ( f ) complete cleaning and tightening of loose fastener and tune up the engine including labour charge of minor repairs carried out during servicing and replacement of grease nipple check nut & washer including pressure washing, applying pressurized air and vacuum cleaning etc.
