( d ) complete servicing - 01 job2taking down the steering system from the vehicle and refixing it back after repairing the following works. ( a ) s / f of rack gear, pinion gear & worm wheel- 01 nos each ( b ) s&f for cleaning of the steering motor, oiling, greasing, calibrating it and refixing it back - 01 job3.m & l for dismantling to the rear & front tyres both side from the veh and fixing it again after greasing with the company recommended bearing grease grade ii and replacing the following w / out parts - ( a ) s / f of seals, bearing ( inner ) & bearing ( outer ) – 04 nos each ( b ) proper cleaning the coupling and joints and greasing it with company recommended grease -01 job4. m&l for dismantling of the starter of the vehicle and fixing it again after servicing and repair and replacing the following parts - ( a ) s / f of carbon bushes - 02 set & metallic bushes - 04 nos each ( b ) field coil- 01 set5. opening the front wheel of the vehicle and fixing it back after the following works ( a ) s / f of tie rod end left side & tie rod end right side -01 nos each ( b ) proper cleaning the coupling and joints and greasing it with company recommended grease -01 job6. dismantling the rear mud guard from the vehicle and removing the dent from lower body of the vehicle complete with painting it with the old existing colour and polishing it as original. -02 job total quantity : 1
